Short version: everything is free, so there's nothing to buy and nothing to refund. Donations are welcome but entirely optional.
Nothing to refund
Every MEY plug-in is free. You never pay for the software, so there is no purchase to refund.
Optional, and appreciated
Every plug-in is free to download: you can pay nothing, or choose to donate if one of them earns a place in your work. A donation changes nothing about what you receive; it's simply a way to support the work. Donations are handled by Ko-fi.
Through Ko-fi
If you made a donation and would like it refunded, that runs through Ko-fi, under their terms. Use the link in your Ko-fi receipt, or write to info@wearemey.com and we'll help. Refunding a donation changes nothing else: the plug-ins stay free and yours to use.
